1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sterlingautodetailing.net (the "Site") and any services provided by Sterling Auto Detailing ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or requesting a service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide mobile auto detailing across Stanislaus County and ceramic coating & paint correction services at our shop located at 2231 Rockefeller Dr, Ceres, CA 95307. Pricing quoted online or by phone is an estimate; final pricing is confirmed after in-person inspection of the vehicle.
3. Booking, Cancellation & Payment
- Appointments may be rescheduled by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Vehicle Condition & Personal Items
You are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Pre-existing damage, defects, or wear may not be repairable through detailing and will be noted before work begins where possible.
5. Ceramic Coating Warranty
Ceramic coating packages include the warranty stated on the applicable service page. Warranties require proper vehicle maintenance (approved wash methods, no automated brush washes, no harsh chemicals) and exclude damage from accidents, abrasion, improper washing, and normal wear.
6. SMS/Text Messaging
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Sterling Auto Detailing. Marketing messages are only sent with separate, explicit consent. You must be 18 or older to opt in to text messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Website Use
The Site and its content are owned by Sterling Auto Detailing and provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Site, scrape it, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Site or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute lies in Stanislaus County, California.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
