Program Description
Sterling Auto Detailing ("Sterling Auto Detailing," "we," "us") sends SMS text messages from its business phone number to customers and prospects who have provided their phone number and consent. Messages include appointment confirmations, quote follow-ups, arrival notices, service updates, and — only for customers who separately opt in — occasional promotions and special offers.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive text messages from Sterling Auto Detailing by:
- Submitting your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website quote or booking form at sterlingautodetailing.net.
- Providing your phone number in person at our shop (2231 Rockefeller Dr, Ceres, CA 95307) and giving verbal consent.
- Texting START, JOIN, or IN to our business number.
Sample opt-in disclosure: "By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Sterling Auto Detailing about your quote, booking, and service updates. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our number. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will not send further texts. Additional opt-out keywords: UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL, STOP ALL.

Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing to subcontractors that directly support the SMS service is permitted solely to operate the service on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to receive text messages from Sterling Auto Detailing. Our SMS program is not directed to anyone under 18.
